Fantastic! Polite and professional staff! I showed up a few minutes early, and they got me in early. Dr. Gruhlkey was prompt and courteous, but not rushed. It was my first visit, and he took the extra time to find out a little bit about me and my family. I got the impression that he valued me as a patient, not just as a contributor to his paycheck. I will definitely be back.

Dr. Gruhlkey is kind and straightforward when discussing medical concerns and wellness options. Additionally, nursing staff at Lonestar Medical is phenomenal! They always follow-up with me as a patient, and listen compassionately to concerns.

Easy process for a first-time customer. Everyone was polite and professional. Customer time was valued and whole appointment was very efficient. Not a ton of waiting around in a room staring at the walls, which is extremely hard to find in the medical community.

Always appreciate Dr Gruhlkey’s friendly, professional demeanor, and how efficiently his staff gets his patients through the appointments. Also like that you go right in to see him at your appointment time, versus sitting for a half hour in the waiting room. Great practice!

I have been going to Lone Star Medical since 2008. I love everyone there, including Dr. Gruehlkey. He is amazing. Tonya at the desk, and Angel and all the other ladies , are incredible.
