Going to Jay Gruhlkey is always a pleasure. He is always genuinely concerned about my well being and takes the time to answer health related questions and always has time to listen to my concerns. He is very busy and in high demand, but you would never know it by having an appointment with him! It is no mystery why he is the top rated doctor in New Braunfels!

I have been a pilot for over 32 years. I have never had the pleasure of having such a great doctor as Dr. Jay Gruhlkey for my AME.
After having 4-way heart bypass surgery, I had to undergo the FAA's constant rejection letters asking for items that had already been sent to them, as well as new requests. Dr. Gruhlkey was in my corner the whole time. His efforts in my case went far and above anything I could have ever asked of a physician. I always knew I would get my medical certificate back because Dr. Gruhlkey was there for me.
Thanks to Dr. Gruhlkey and the staff at Lonestar Medical. They are the BEST!

Dr. Gruhlkey is the best General Practitioner in the greater San Antonio area! It is always a great experience when I go for an appointment. Dr. Gruhlkey is personable, knowledgeable, caring, professional, dedicated, and goes the extra mile to ensure you receive the care you need.
